Made To Measure
All of our dresses are designed and lovingly handmade by a team of women at our shop and studio based in Yorkshire.
We also offer a bespoke made to measure service which is completely free of charge. You can choose a design, pick the fabric / colour and have the dress made to fit you perfectly. We will guide you through the process and help you create a classic you will love forever. Whether it's for a wedding, the races, your bridesmaid dresses, a black tie event or simply to treat yourself, we can create the dress just for you.
A guide to how the process works:
- Make an appointment to come in and see us
- Try lots of different styles on
- We choose which design you love and suits your figure the best
- You explore all of our fabrics and choose your favourite
- Your measurements will be taken
- We will then book an appointment for you to come back in for your fitting
Our experienced team will get to work making your perfect bespoke dress, ready for whenever you need it. We can work to any timescale so don't panic if you have a last minute event. We are always here to help and can have your dress made for you within a week!
Day of your fitting:
- This is the halfway point. Your dress will be pinned in place so we can check it fits you perfectly
- If we need to make any changes, to the fit or length, we will do this now
- When you are fully happy, we will finish sewing and steaming your dress ready for collection. This can either be done on the same day, or you can call back another time.
- Then all you need to do is enjoy wearing your dress at your event, looking stunning and feeling confident!
